Description

Use this task to search for and maintain landlords and facility operators of personal property. For example, personal property facilities could include horse stables for horse boarding, marinas for boat storage, and a hangar at an airport for an airplane.

Steps

  1. On the Advanced Search screen, enter your search criteria and click Search.

    NOTE: Facility Number is automatically assigned by Aumentum and you can search by that field. To include this and other fields in the Search Results panel, click Column Options in the Command Item bar.

  2. In the Search Results panel, select the checkbox for one or more items in the grid and click Next.

  3. On the Maintain Landlord/Facility Operator screen, add, edit or delete information as needed and click Save.

  4. Click Previous to return to the Advanced Search screen.
